Factory & Quality Control

FACTORY & QUALITY

Own-Factory Manufacturing with Integrated Quality Control

HAZZI PARK operates its own factory in Foshan, China, covering coating, lamination, printing, slitting, rewinding, and finishing under one roof. A dedicated QC team inspects at every stage — from raw material intake to final shipment — so buyers receive consistent, specification-accurate products.

MANUFACTURING

Integrated Production Capabilities

Our factory brings together the key production stages for packaging paper — so material selection, printing, conversion, and quality requirements are coordinated within a single practical workflow.

🏭

Coating & Lamination

BOPP film lamination, coated paper processing, and paper-film composite structures built for appearance, strength, and handling.

🖨

Printing

Inner-layer printing (protected between film and paper) and surface printing for multicolor designs, artwork, and Pantone color matching.

Converting & Finishing

Slitting, rewinding, sheet cutting, hot foil stamping, spot UV, and final packaging — all in-house for tight quality and schedule control.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

From Raw Material to Finished Product

01

Material Intake

BOPP film, coated paper, kraft paper, tissue paper, and other substrates inspected for specifications before acceptance into production.

02

Coating & Lamination

Film and paper substrates are laminated and coated according to the product specification and application requirements.

03

Printing

Inner-layer or surface printing applied with color matching verified against approved samples and Pantone references.

04

Converting

Slitting, rewinding, and sheet cutting to the required dimensions, roll widths, and supply formats.

05

Finishing & QC

Foil stamping, UV coating, final quality inspection, and packaging for shipment to your destination.

QUALITY CONTROL

Multi-Stage Inspection Process

A dedicated quality-control team inspects products at every stage of production and before shipment. We focus on the dimensions that matter to professional buyers.

Stage 1 — Incoming

Raw Material Inspection

Substrates checked for thickness, weight, moisture content, and visual defects before entering production. Non-conforming materials are rejected.

Stage 2 — In-Process

Production Monitoring

Coating weight, lamination strength, and printing alignment monitored during production. Operators and QC inspectors verify at scheduled intervals.

Stage 3 — Printing

Color & Print Quality

Print colors verified against approved samples and Pantone references. Registration, ink coverage, and visual consistency checked batch by batch.

Stage 4 — Converting

Dimensional Accuracy

Sheet dimensions, roll width, core size, and roll length verified against specifications after slitting, rewinding, and cutting.

Stage 5 — Final

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final inspection covering appearance, color consistency, printing quality, lamination quality, dimensions, packing correctness, and labeling. Only approved lots are released for shipment.
